We believe that baking has healing powers! Baking for our well-being provides the additional element of a practical skill. It enhances our sense of achievement, boosts our self-esteem and engages our neural reward system.
Baking also allows you to create something from scratch which you can then indulge in as a treat to yourself or share with your loved ones. Not to mention the endless creative opportunities it provides! This multi-sensory experience leaves no worries for external worries or concerns. While your baking you can silence the mind by busying the hands… and your tummies! Bake-alongs are a great way to reconnect with your team, community or friends in a fun and engaging way! This 1-2 hour session includes a live step-by-step class on a chosen bake in the comfort of participant’s homes. Ingredient and equipment lists are sent out in advance for participants to prepare for the session. This can be followed by a workshop or webinar while you enjoy your homemade bakes together!
You can choose a class on a range of recipes including: Mini Pizzas, Savoury Pastry Swirls, Focaccia Bread, Chocolate Tray Bake, Cookies, Pear/Apple Tart, Victoria Sponge, Flapjacks, Brownies, Cherry Bakewell Tarts, Chocolate & Raspberry Roulade.
Session length dependant on chosen bake – presented via Zoom – available to book as a series.
